About the Role

We are seeking a ministry-minded leader who loves the Church, thrives on building healthy teams, and has a heart for seeing people grow in Christ. As Operations Director, you will work closely alongside our Lead Pastor to help bring our vision to life, oversee the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church, and create an environment where our staff and volunteers can flourish.

This role isn’t just about management — it’s about shepherding leaders, cultivating a healthy culture, and ensuring that everything we do points people toward Jesus.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and Equipping Staff

• Invest in our ministry and support staff, providing coaching, encouragement, accountability, and leadership development.
• Create rhythms that keep our team aligned, growing, and energized for ministry.
• Foster a Christ-centered culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to serve.

Turning Vision into Reality

• Partner with the Lead Pastor to move the vision forward — turning big dreams into clear plans and actionable steps.
• Help our ministries stay aligned, resourced, and effective in reaching people for Christ and discipling believers.
• Keep a pulse on the health of our ministries and make adjustments to strengthen and sharpen our efforts.

Overseeing Operations

• Provide oversight for our operations, facilities, HR, and administration — ensuring we steward people, resources, and opportunities wisely.
• Build systems that support ministry without bogging it down — simple, healthy, sustainable.

Qualifications

• A deep and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for the local church.
• Significant leadership experience in a multi-staff environment.
• A proven ability to lead, build teams, solve problems, and manage complexity with grace and wisdom.
• A collaborative spirit — someone who loves working alongside others and building unity.
• Shepherd’s heart and a leader’s mind — relationally warm, organizationally strong.

Education & Experience

5+ years of leadership experience, including staff oversight.
